Well I’m back once again, this time for a very special reason, today is Gin’s birthday. I have only written twice since her birthday in 2010, and both of those were in the last 2 months, so I did not want to miss this one. The last time I wrote was December 1st, so Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Godspeed to all. Today I’m going to keep my post short and focused on the only thing that really matters in my life and that is my beautiful, loving, caring wife Virginia. She’s my best friend and I love her more deeply than words could ever possibly convey. She has brought so much joy, excitement, adventure and serenity to our lives. She completes me, she’s everything I’m not and I’m everything she’s not, thank God. But then there’s the middle ground where we’re both so similar we just meld together. We love spending all of our time together, we both enjoy the same things and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect wife. She’s a cook in the kitchen and a ……..…… Well I think we all know how the rest of that saying goes and if you don’t then you’re really missing out. The bottom line is I couldn’t imagine a single day without her.

Well I’m back, it’s been 19 days, I was hoping it would’ve been sooner because days turn into weeks and so on, as you can see by my last hiatus of 662 days. Anyway, I’m hoping to make this writing thing a habit as I had planned when I started this blog almost 3 years ago. Thanksgiving has come and gone and to my wife’s dismay I finally realized that I really don’t like Thanksgiving all that much. It’s almost as bad as Christmas, Read the rest of this entry »

Well I’m finally back, I have once again allowed life to side track me from doing what I love to do. So here we are 662 days later and so much has happened and I’m not sure how much really needs to be said. Well 3 big events happened and a few important ones, I’m going to touch on them briefly in chronological order.
The first was in the spring of 2010, my wife’s job was viciously and

Today is a special day, it’s my wonderful wife Virginia’s birthday, I wrote a blog back on June 14th for my son’s birthday and I referenced “Happy Thoughts”. Well my wife Ginny, Gin or Hon which is a few of the endearing nick names I call her is the highlight of my life, she is my ultimate “Happy Thought”, she is my best friend. We have been through good and bad, happy and sad and through it all she has helped me in ways that I could not even begin to explain. She is my whole world and I couldn’t imagine a single day without her. She is kind, compassionate, loving and honest to a flaw. Well, I could go on and on and never touch on how wonderful Ginny really is, but one thing is for sure, I’m the luckiest man in the world to have a wife, companion, confidante, lover and best friend like Ginny. She is such a very special person and anyone that has had the opportunity of crossing her path in their lifetime can say they’ve been touch by grace.
I LOVE YOU GIN

It’s the start of another new year and I must say, the stroke of midnight was as anticlimactic as it possibly could have of been. This past year for my wife and I has been somewhat of what most would say a nightmare, the hope of a better year lies before us, the hope of a better life is my dream or dare I say my goal. I have many things I would like to accomplish before I leave this mortal existence, but the clock is ticking ever so fast and it seems like Read the rest of this entry »
