A Special Day

Monday Jan 18, 2010

Today is a special day, it’s my wonderful wife Virginia’s birthday, I wrote a blog back on June 14th for my son’s birthday and I referenced “Happy Thoughts”.  Well my wife Ginny, Gin or Hon which is a few of the endearing nick names I call her is the highlight of my life, she is my ultimate “Happy Thought”, she is my best friend.  We have been through good and bad, happy and sad and through it all she has helped me in ways that I could not even begin to explain.  She is my whole world and I couldn’t imagine a single day without her. She is kind, compassionate, loving and honest to a flaw.  Well, I could go on and on and never touch on how wonderful Ginny really is, but one thing is for sure, I’m the luckiest man in the world to have a wife, companion, confidante, lover and best friend like Ginny.  She is such a very special person and anyone that has had the opportunity of crossing her path in their lifetime can say they’ve been touch by grace.

I LOVE YOU GIN

Saturday Jun 13, 2009

Hello to all, I’ve been away for a while and have had many excuses why I have not posted since February, some of the excuses are quite legitimate but the bottom line is, the main reason was “PROCRASTINATION”, plain and simple.  I know I’m not the only one with this debilitating problem and Read the rest of this entry »

Racism, will it ever end? II

Thursday Feb 26, 2009

As I said in my last post, I’m appalled at the level of racism and bigotry in these United States and throughout the world.  I’m ashamed of my white ancestors, I’m offended by their actions and can’t conceive what moral or ethical values they thought they possessed when they would consider another race of human beings inferior to themselves. Racism, will it ever end? I

Wednesday Feb 25, 2009

Racism at its best or worst, that depending on what side of the fence you’re on and believe me, there is no middle ground.  Racism is running rampant through these United States, I see it everyday. Read the rest of this entry »
